BEES is a B2B beverage sales ecosystem owned by AB InBev, the world's largest brewery and the parent company of brands such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, and many others.
I had the opportunity to work on one of the products within this ecosystem, called BEES Grow.
BEES Grow is a platform designed for AB InBev agents, focusing on reactivating customers who haven't placed an order within a certain period.
Due to an NDA I signed, I cannot share images of the platform. However, in summary, it is a call center where customers are contacted, and based on their profiles, specific products are offered, with clear sales targets set for the agents.
The BEES Grow MVP was launched in approximately eight months. During development, we conducted interviews with agents in Brazil, South Africa, and the Dominican Republic to ensure the best possible experience when executing sales.
In just two months, we managed to recover $4.6 million in the Dominican Republic alone, reaching more than 38,000 customers. Additionally, we achieved an impressive 75% conversion rate for new purchases.
